Alan Bedford, Planning Manager Murray & Roberts, UAE
Nitin worked with myself within a planning team of 5 planners over a 5 month period, for a Main Airport Terminal Building Tender in Abu Dhabi. This complex project in the range of 3-4 Billion US$ was tendered by a large complex multi-national JV Partnership. Nitin was a key player within the Planning team, liaising with all members of the team along with the wider Technical and Commercial Teams. He professionally and diligently maintained several variations of a complex 10,000+ activity schedule, including Critical Path Analysis, Labour Forecasting, Narratives and Sequencing and Zoning layouts for several compliant and alternative options, logically calculating and collating all the information for a high class technical submission.
Nitin was a well regarded member of the team who was heavily relied upon by the whole tender team to produce, maintain and submit a key part of this challenging tender and his professional attitude and planning knowledge was a great asset to the JV.
